Richard Garcia believes that Perth Glory are in for a difficult game against Melbourne Victory, but insists that his charges are prepared for the challenge.
The game will take place at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium, and will be the second of the three consecutive games that the Western Australian side will play in Victoria.
The previous game against Western United at Kardinia Park in Geelong produced a battle of epic proportions, as Glory showed exceptional grit and determination to chase a game that they ultimately lost 5-4.
While Perth have been prolific in attack by scoring nine goals in their two matches so far in the A-League, Victory have scored just one and come into this fixture having lost two on the trot.
“They’ll be a tough opposition,” Garcia said.
“It will be a tough game no doubt, back at their home place. So they will be looking to rectify the weekend [defeat in Adelaide] with a result at home.
“So it’s going to be a tough game for us. But we’re fully up for it.”
